Josh Smith came out and inspected myhome for free after the hail storm, after getting off the roof Josh came down and showed you the photos of the damageFrom there we went over the company and I decided that nexgen would be a great fit for me, then Josh helped set up the claim and dealt directly with the insurance company through the whole process, how I met the adjuster and went over the damage with them, and found enough damage to warrant full roof replacementOnce we got the claim papers we met and I picked out your new roof color, from there the crew was out in a timely fashion and completed the roof in and now I have a brand new roof with a year warrantyI would use Nexgen again and have referred them to friends and neighbors

Honest, reliable, good service Had our roof replaced with nice Timberline architectural shingles, gutters added, and front door wrapped Beautiful work, everything went like they said it would, good price for good honest service Highly recommended Best warranty, best service! Very professional

I am updating my experience with NexGen Exteriors from a review I posted on February 25, While I did have some unfortunate experience with NexGen Exterior, this company went above and beyond to make amends and resolve the issues I spoke with my insurance company and they mentioned that they had clients who were not as fortunate as I was with NexGen Exteriors While those customers were left out in the cold, NexGen Exteriors remained committed to the work I hired them to do and completed the job to my satisfaction I was extremely satisfied in how they handle the circumstance in a professional manner as well as the actions they took to make change They take pride in their company and the actions they took were impressive I spoke with nearly everyone at NexGen Exteriors and, regardless of the situation, they were very friendly I would like to call out a couple of people who helped me along the way First, Josh, he was there with me in the beginning He was helpful with the design as well as with me during some of the rough period He was extremely empathetic and a good listener Mike, he was patient with me during a time that was difficult, but regardless, I want him to know that I appreciated the work he did for me Hali – She was extremely responsive, empathetic and I spent the latter part of the project working with her She even helped draw a design to help me visualize how the siding would look on my house And finally, Shawn – I appreciated and was surprised by your first call to me It was clear my original review was something NexGen Exteriors did not take lightly and you wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work being done to my house Thank you all for your friendliness, patience and actions These are attributes that all companies should have, but NexGen Exteriors already has Thanks for all you have done and my house looks great!

The hired help on my project has been nothing but incompetent They do not follow directions, they do not go beyond the directions and they most certainly do not work weekends And they hung a outdoor light upside down They did not tarp my roof when they left for the day and because it was on a Friday, and they don’t work weekends, the following Monday it rained and just about every ceiling in the house had to be repainted The only positive thing I can say about the company is that they are honoring the mistakes made I wish they would be more responsive when I call The siders to days to kind of complete and they leave early on Fridays
