Nexgen Integrated Communications L.L.C.

I have a condo and NexGen communication has made a deal where they have a monopoly on Internet and TV service.
I cannot have any options for Internet and TV besides NexGen. They control billing, pricing and service. They shutoff my Internet without earlier notificaiton for payment and then charged a $45 dollar reactivation fee. I could not cancel because they advised I cannot get any other provider they also charge a month ahead. If I wanted to cancel for say March today i'd have to pay me entire March bill even though those days or service have not come to pass. They have poor online bill pay service they just implemented. They act as a middle man between myself and Directv. I pay Directv most of my bill while I also have to pay them confusing service.
