Review: I made a purchase from this company several weeks ago and waited the 7-10 business days for my order to be delivered and it never came. I then tried to send an email using the contact information provided on the website and I received a message stating the order will be delivered. I waited again to see if there could have been a delay in the shipping, and nothing ever came, so I then sent several messages to the contact me page provided and asked them to either give me a tracking number or an estimate of when my order will be shipped out, and I received no response. I then sent another message several days later informing them that I would send my proof of order information to both Revdex.com and [redacted] to make them aware of the practices being conducted by this site.To this day I have not received my order and I have sent them another message just moments before contacting this site.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of my money including shipping or the deliverance of my purchased item immediately so that I will be made whole, this will result in neither of us having lost anything as a result of this transaction.
