Regards,This company says they can generate "leads" for your company by utilizing multiple advertising methods Online to advertise your company. They sent an "Agreement" to sign listing all the ways they would advertise for me and that I need to send a "deposit" amount of $1,750. I sent this deposit via PayPal on 4/1/14. The agreement stated that this deposit would be returned upon service cancellation. I then wasn't able to log in to Nexpromo's call tracking site for a period of time and was unable to reach the Owner, [redacted], for about 4 days and filed a claim with PayPal (not knowing they don't protect transactions involving "digital goods"). Since filing this claim around May 6, 2014, Nexpromo/[redacted], has refused to refund me for this refundable deposit, per our signed Agreement. I have made attempts to call [redacted] to resolve this issue and he has now blocked my phone number. I have made several attempts to reach a resolution via email and he continues to stall the refund and has even said that I now owe him for expenses that were never agreed upon such as advertising expenses. His website and agreement state he will only bill his clients for sales leads/phone calls. He now hasn't responded to me since May 15, 2014 and doesn't seem to ever refund this deposit to me.I want to be refunded for the refundable deposit asked of me before doing business with Nexpromo, totaling $1,750.
