Review: I went and purchased a vehicle from them on 2/12/15. Everyone was friendly enough and I was comfortable. I was issued my temp tag and told I needed to run my car through inspection lanes and bring back the inspection paper saying it passed. I returned that on 2/19/15. My temp tag was set to expire on 4/12/15. I hadn't heard from anyone so on the afternoon of 4/6/15 I decided to stop in and see what the issue was. I was then told that my title application was kicked back due to a discrepancy in the mileage. They had put the wrong mileage in the wrong spot. Someone put the mileage from my trade in which was my 2007 VW Rabbit, in the spot where my 2011 Ford Fiesta mileage should have gone. They said it would be resolved and they would take it to the DMV and I'd have my tag by Monday 4/13. I work 7 days a week and that would mean my temp tag would expire on Sunday and I'd have to drive around with that until the next day when I would pick up my tag. I asked about a new temp tag. They told me that if I got pulled over I could just go to the court date and show them that I had a new tag and it would be dropped. That was unprofessional in my opinion and I was upset. I returned on Monday to get my hard tag and registration. I walked in and they proceeded to tell me that they just dropped it off and it wasn't ready. I of course was very upset and they issued me a ne temp tag. As of today 5/6 I have failed to receive any information as to my hard tag and registration. I called today 5/6 at 1045am to inquire about it. I received another run around from them saying oh they just dropped it off on Tues and I should have it by the end of the week. This is the second time they have apparently dropped it off and not given me any information and I'm very distraught. I have pit 11,000 miles on this vehicle, 2 oil changes, and almost 6 months of car insurance and haven't even had my permanent items.Desired Settlement: I would like to just get out of this vehicle and receive the $2575 that was put down between cash and trade allowance for this 2011 ford fiesta. I would like to terminate the contract and be done with them.

Review: I purchased a Dodge Magnum from Next Auto on July 29, 2014.The salesman ([redacted]) who sold us the car stated that key/alarm piece needed a battery. He stated when we brought in our pay-stubs he would put a battery in the key/alarm piece.The dealer never delivered on that promise. The gas meter is inaccurate. We ran out of gas the 1st day. So a week or two later we noticed the air conditioner wasn't working, [redacted] who is the co owner of the vehicle called [redacted] and spoke to him regarding the issues we were having with the vehicle. The vehicle started making a noise when you turned the wheel. [redacted] said to drop the car off to the dealer one day that week. When we called him to advise we would be dropping off that night so that it would be there in the morning, we were told [redacted] no longer worked there. [redacted] (co-owner of vehicle) went to the dealership because they kept giving him the run around by phone. He spoke with a sales person ([redacted]) when he go to the dealer. [redacted] came out to look at the vehicle and drove it.He agreed of issues and stated [redacted] needed to speak to the owner Harry Wiley. We were sent to repair shop by dealer however the repair shop needed approval from dealer and stated that Harry would not return his calls.I tried calling to dealer to speak to owner on several occasions and have yet to receive a return call from the owner. I did speak to one of the salesman,I did not get his name and I told him of the issues we were having with the car.He stated that the issues could not have been going on since we brought the car because it would of never passed inspection.Therefore [redacted] and I went back to the inspection place to ask them why did they pass the car with all the issues cause the sales person at the dealer stated it should not have passed.When I explained the issues.He stated they don't check that stuff, they check for safety issues.One of the persons from inspection looked under the hood,he stated the car had been around salt water which was never disclosed.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealer to take the car back and replace with better quality car. Or take the car back and return our monies.We have gotten the run around for months.I truly believe they are waiting for the warranty to expire so that they don't have to fix anything and we are stuck with a car that isn't going to last six months.The fact the inspection station states the car has been around salt water and we are going to have problems with it.

Review: Hello , I signed a contract on December 23rd 2014. I walked in and was told my thing and ended up with another. I went home and looked over the contract and saw some things that they submitted to the bank that was not truthful. I tried to call but they were already closed. Due to Christmas eve and Christmas they were closed. I called Friday and no answer. Finally I called again and explained the concerns on the contract and they were very rude and said finale sale. We have not tagged the car and we called the bank that I was finaced through and they said were not even in their system yet. We just wanna return the car . We cant not afford it and we were not told the truth. I'm currently In the airforce and upset they treat service members like this. I hope we can find a solution. We tried to return the car but we were threaten they would call the police or have it towed.Desired Settlement: We simply just want to return the car. We have not had it tagged and have only had it since December 23rd.
