Review: I brought 3 items to Next Cleaners in Soho on Thompson St at beginning of August. One of the items was a pair of Bailey 44 Culotte pants that I purchased full price for $160, in a size small ([redacted]). On 9/** I opened the pair of pants, as I have been moving, and tried them on to find a completely different pair of pants that is 3 sizes too big for me. According to the size chart from Bailey 44 website ([redacted]), my pants should measure between 26.5-27.5 inches on the waist. After measuring the waist of the pants I received back from Next Cleaners, they measure well over that, as seen in the picture with the 12” ruler. They measure to be 34” on the waist. I believe someone swapped out my pants and put on my previous size small label on it. There is no way these pants could have stretched double in size from being taken in to dry clean. I would like to be fully reimbursed for the pants I purchased, along with the dry cleaning fee, which totals to be $168.25. I emailed the cleaners twice but never got a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the pants and the dry cleaning, $168.25.

Review: had a pair of trousers dry-cleaned quite some time ago. Around early September.

On the first trip back they had what looked like large water marks on them, running the length of the trouser, when they went in with just a little dirt on the seat. They were subsequently dry-cleaned twice more and were unsuccessful in getting rid of these stains. The third time they came back with a pen mark, that had been attempted to be removed.

The trousers are still in the possession of the [redacted] store and I'm waiting on a more suitable compensation for brand new trousers worn twice (first time dryclean) than $80. I would like the $345 given to me owed.Desired Settlement: A Cash payment or credit refund of $345
