I ordered a heater core for overnight delivery It took over days to arrive I asked for a refund on overnight shipping but they never repliedTo top it off, they sent me the wrong heater core I would NEVER do business with these people

received the exact items as listed on the invoice. Customers are automatically emailed a copy of their invoice and all discrepancies should be reported immediately.
Returns of non defective merchandise incur a 25% restocking fee, as well as the return shipping fee. As one time courtesy, we waived the re-stocking fee, but the original shipping cost does not get refunded. The return shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount.

Review: my order status still shows processing, I was informed yesterday my parts were in stock at the Plano, TX location. Before I submitted my order it stated estimated delivery was today 3/17. Iwas advised my order was not shipped therefore it will not be delivered today. After today my personal mechanic won't be able to fix my vehicle until April as they are going on a vacation. I only ordered based on delivery date as I could have ordered with another company and guaranteed delivery today. They wouldn't do anything and told me I couldn't speak to a manager or supervisor. They pushed and rushed me with attitude and disrespect, very rude then disconnected. Their site states next day delivery.Desired Settlement: They should have shipped my order and honored my delivery date instead of holding it or I could have easily picked it up.

Review: I ordered a part for our 2007 Ford Expedition. The part we ordered did not fit so we had to return it. I emailed to get authorization to return the item. Once they finally responded to my request I shipped the part back via UPS. The item was tracked and delivered to Next Day Auto return center on 3/16/15. It is now 4/2/15 and I still have yet to receive any type of refund. I have contacted customer service 3 times to follow up on receiving my refund. I was first told it will take 7-15 days once it has been checked into the warehouse for my refund to be issued. It is now past the 15 days of the return being received and I still do not have a refund. I contacted customer services again they told me the refund would be issues on 3/31 the day I inquired and that it would post the following day. One 3/31 I checked my bank statement and still did not have a refund. I then contacted customer service for a third time and they told me there is nothing else they can do. I still have not received my refund and I no longer have the part I paid for and returned. The response from customer service is unacceptable to say there is nothing else they can do. I deserve my refund and I have waited long enough for it.Desired Settlement: Immediately since the item was returned item was received 18 days ago.

I ordered some cv joint boots from this company on the 25th of july 2015, my credit card was deducted on the 27th of july 2015, but when I called to find out where the kits was on the 29th of july 2015 I was told they have not shipped, and I was asked to give my vin number so they could look up an alternative part. While on the phone with the customer service rep I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he is the supervisor and that no one else is avalible to talk with, I was also told that there was a note in their computer to call me back but that they had not gotten around to that yet. When I said I want a refund they said it would not be credited for 3 to five business days, when I asked to have the alternative part shipped next day air to make up for the negligence I was told they could only ship it ground. I have yet to speak to a supervisor or receive any money back for a part I was never sent.

Beware, this company will send you the wrong part then make you pay to ship it back. My husband called in advance to determine if the part he ordered would fit my car. The person he spoke with said yes it would so he ordered it. It was not the correct part and after a huge run around they are requiring us to pay the

$20 shipping charge to ship the part back. I would understand if WE ordered the wrong part but that is why my husband contacted them prior to ordering!!

Review: I order a lower gasket and an oil pan gasket for a 1988, xj6 jaguar, 4 door sedan car.

I was sent the wrong parts and Next Day Auto has refused to credit back to my American Express credit card the full amount of $49.28.

Next Day Auto only credited back the amount of $33.00 dollars back to my credit card, I am still due $16.28. I spoke to the manager at

Next Day Auto and was told by her since it was not my fault that I was shipped the wrong parts she would credited back to my credit card

$49.28 for the inconvenience that I have suffer.

Review: BOUGHT AN ITEM ONLINE IT WAS THE CORRECT ITEM I ORDERED, BUT WRONG ITEM FOR MY CAR. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN THE ITEM SINCE JUNE 10TH AND GETTING NO HELP AT ALL. I GET EMAILS ASKING FOR INFO AND I SEND IT THEN I DO NOT GET ANYTHING BACK. I DO HAVE THE EMAILS SAVED AND CAN SEND THEM ANYTIME. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS RETURN THE ITEM.
