I had a wonderful experience when I just recently placed a large order with Next Day BlindsThe product once installed is beautiful but more importantly the customer service was fantasticMy in store consultant had great follow up and was very professional, my installer was on time and super professionalI think he has worked there years and his father had worked there and the service that called to tell me to expect the installer was right on time and professionalIt was a very professional experienceGreat customer service!

I am not exactly a customer of Next Day Blinds, but only because after an original consultation and estimate, I am getting no response from the salesman or from the company I selected what I thought I wanted, large rollup shades for my sunroom, back in December, with promise by salesman that samples of colors to choose from would be sent to my house w/o charge, probably the following week About weeks later I received an email from their factory saying they would notify me when samples are shipped No word since I emailed the salesman once with two questions with no response I called him twice more after that, and also talked to a manager at the store near me, but in spite of promise to get back to me about this the next day, still no response It is now the end of January At this point, I have the impression that they are so indifferent that if there were any problem with an order (even if got to that point) there may not be help from them Reluctantly, I am now going to start over with a hopefully more reliable company

Next Day Blinds? No way! I placed an order on 04/18/2015, paid 2/of the order total, the measurement was scheduled for 04/22/(and it was performed on that date) and the installation was scheduled for 04/30/(which was perfect since I had to move to my new place on 05/01/butthe next day after the measurement I've got a call from NDB that after the measurement my total amount went up (which is ok, they gave me some discount on that so my total went up just about $11.00) but the big disappointment was...they moved the installation date from 04/30/to 05/14/!!!!!!! Two weeks later than per contract?! And I can't do anything about that because according to NDB the order is final and non-cancelable! I'm very upset, angry and unhappy with NDB! Just want other people to be aware that after you placed an order and paid for it you mean nothing to NDB, they do not care about you, your needs and your plansDo not deal with NDB, they so carelessShop around - there are so much businesses offering much better prices and services

My in store consultant had great follow up and was very professional, my installer was on time and super professional. I think he has worked there 13 years and his father had worked there and the service that called to tell me to expect the installer was right on time and professional. It was a very professional experience. Great customer service!
