Wrecker driver rudeness, receptionist rude and manager never called back.date 12/30/2017, called [redacted] requested a wrecker, Ackermans was sent the driver was rude to my brother in law, demanding over payment of 8.00, however the amount was not know as the driver had not delivered the vehiclethe driver or the receptionist at ackerman should have called me as I am sure [redacted] gave them my info and I would have happily paid the 8.00, the driver sated, "not my problem and it aint coming out of my check, i'll just take it to impound,"my brother in law paid the driver, when I called ackermans the receptionist was rude insisted that was the rules, I asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for ten minutes only for the receptionist to return saying, he would have to call me backhe has not I really do not care about the cost, my issue is customer and common courtesy!!! 1st if I need a wrecker service and I am not present when the pick up delivery is made common and customer service is call and advise the customer of any issues!!! if the customer calls to say the driver is rude, again common and customer service is, 'I am sorry, let me allow you to speak to our manager.' and the manager should speak to or call back without hesitationmacon ga is still in the south, correct???? southern hospitality, gone with the wind????? ticket number I just want people to know this isn't a place of business I consider top notchthumbs down [redacted] ***

I call the office frequently regarding business matters and the lady who works in the office has absolutely no personality or customer service skills I typically call this business on a weekly basis for business purposes and every time I call, a rude lady answers the phoneToday, I greeted her and asked her how her day was going and her reply was "what do you want?"She is consistently rude and does not need to work with the general publicShe needs to be retrained on how to speak with clientele and needs to gain some customer service skills

The company damaged my door during a tow and there effort in fixing it has been very weak and the door the door still doesn't function properly
The tow was in April I beleiveThe truck is a 91*** The owner did replace the door but the door doesn't work properly and it took the owner months to make the replacementI can't wait around for the owner to come up with clever ways to save money when I need this door fixed three months agoHe is very slow to respondI can call multiple times a week and get zero response
