Horrible experience! Crooks! I purchased two items and they sent me a tracking number a few days agoBut it wasn't really a tracking numberThe item was only "processed" (in China) and it never actually shippedIt's been almost a month and still no itemsTracking still shows it sitting in China not movingI contacted them and they replied by sending me the same tracking info which did nothing to fix itContacted them again no responseAgain no responseVia email, Facebook and a complaint with PayPal no responseThey totally ripped me offI hope people learn about this and stop buying from this dishonest company

I ordered two sets of battery power cooper string lights from next deal shop which I did receive ,but neither set works. Have sent request for attention in this matter 3 times with no reply received. Just more ads in my inbox.

Yes, I placed an order on 10/07/2016 and funds were taking out of my account and I have not received my product. Did not receive any type of confirmation in regards to my order, yet the funds have been taking. I have emailed Deals twice and no response. I want my order or my money back

I purchased an item and have no received the tracking. I've sent in a customer service inquiry and no response even though I waited the 48 hour period. This is a SCAM. I'm so mad I got ripped off.

I've written you several times about a problem with the order I received from them and they won't even answer my email. I am going to take it up with my credit card company.

24/7 Customer Service they said. 24 hour shipment guarantee they said. Stay as far away from Next Deal Shop as you can. It's been over 3 days with no response. I don't know if it's a scam or if they're just a horrible, horrible company, but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere and advise everyone you know to stay away from Next Deal Shop.
