appointment , we showed up on time, the service man checked out the boiler . We found out the Control wasn't working properly . So we removed the part . Went to the supply house to get a warranty on the replacement part . We returned to the property with the new replacement part from the factory and installed the new part for Mr [redacted] . Got the part under warranty. Got the system up and running and unfortunately he had to pay for our service fee and labor. .I think the original contractors .

I had heat. It wasn't going over 64 degrees.
The service person was insulting: he said the boiler I had wasn't any good. He berated the installation. I had to tell him that three times that it wouldn't heat over 64 degrees, he insisted that it was working properly. I finally had to say in a loud voice, How can you say that if it won't go over 64 degrees? Moreover that the control box says there is a low water level. I read the service manual and I had to tell the service man what was wrong. I had to tell him ! Then he said he was going to Able to exchange the sensor "if they will exchange it since I did the installation"
But the most distressing action was how the service man went about disclosing his fees: Not before he took the control box apart, but after when I had no choice but to agree to the extraordinary and excessive fee. He essentially held the dismantled control box as ransom. He continued to insult my intelligence with his intimidation of matching signatures !
His knowledge was questionable, his demeanor horrific, his intimidation tactic was juvenile.
The fee was excessive. Had it been disclosed prior to the dismantlement, rendering the boiler 100% inoperable, I would have called another heating "professional"

THE SERVICE PERSON WAS INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE ISSUE IS THE OPERATION OF THE BOILER, NOT THE MFR., OR WHO INSTALLED IT.
THE FEE COLLECTION TACTIC IS MOST DISTURBING. AFTER I TOLD THE SERVICER WHAT TO DO, UPON READING THE SERVICE MANUAL, HE REMOVED THE SENSOR DISCONNECTED THE WIRES AND WENT TO ABLE TO EXCHANGE THE PART. WHEN HE RETURNED, HE DISCLOSED THE FEE. SINCE THE BOILER WAS NOT FUNCTIONING DUE TO DISMANTLEMENT, I COULD NOT OBJECT AND PHONE ANOTHER SERVICE COMPANY.
HE HELD ME AT RANSOM. I HADN'T ANY CHOICE BUT TO AGREE TO THE EXORBITANT FEE.
THE VERY MANNER IN DISCLOSING THE FEE WAS INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
A RESOLUTION WOULD BE TO REFUND AT LEAST HALF THE TOTAL COST.

Mr . [redacted] called Anthonys HVC and stated he had a new Boiler installed . He tried to call Able Supply several times to talk to [redacted] but No one returned his calls.That in its self was disturbing to us because at Anthonys you get parts and labor warranty for 10yrs. I asked Mr [redacted] where he got our number? We ask to keep track of our ads and there productivety only. He replied A friend.We didn't assume the question would be offensive. We made an appointment, Arrived on time and took a look at the problem. It was the sensor. We removed it and went to Able Supply to have the part replaced under warranty . We were informed that do to the fact that Mr. [redacted] did Not pay the other contractors for there work in full there was No warranty for this part.So I went back to Mr [redacted] home to put the new sensor in and informed him he would have to pay us for our service fees which is only right. We took care of the problem in a timely professional manner but unfortunately he wasn't happy and does not want to pay for our services either. Mr [redacted] also was yelling at the tech and telling him what to do in an irate manner. We have been in business for a long time and understand there will be customers that have an issue no matter what you say or do. Sincerely Anthonys Heating And Cooliing
