Review: On 6-10-2014, I came in the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and had new ones to turn in for my 8yr old son and asked them to contact me as soon as they were filled, cause my son has been sick for several days. After not receiving a phone the day before, I called them and asked if his prescriptions were ready and they rudely told me that they were never turned in. I explained when I turned them in and agian they were rude, telling me that they went there. I have had other problems with this pharmacy concening there rudeness and there lack of respect to the customer.Desired Settlement: Better training for there staff and maybe a turn over of employees that would actually care about the people that they are serving.

This is in response to claim/complaint [redacted] filed on 6/11/2014 by customer [redacted].
It is our position that none of the complaint(s) filed by Mr. [redacted] are accurate or true. This is a delicate subject since the patient and his son are protected by Hipaa, thus we can not upload proof that the prescriptions Mr. [redacted] stated he brought in for his son on 6/10/2014 and the prescription(s) were actually electronically faxed by the Doctor on 6/11/2014. We have these copies to disprove that Mr. [redacted] brought them into the pharmacy. We would be happy to provide you with this information and copies of these prescriptions if the customer/patient signs a release of Hipaa. Our Company has a system that once a prescription becomes in "ready" status, the IVR telephone system dials the number we have on file for that customer. We have verified we have the correct phone number, but this customer would not have received a call until the following day when the prescriptions were faxed to us by the doctor and then were filled.

It is also our position that this patient also requested we violate the Drug Enforcement Laws and when we denied his request, he became angry and retaliated by going to the Revdex.com instead of speaking to a manager or a supervisor. As for the "rudeness" this customer has stated, we have no way of knowing which employee; and again, a manager was not notified by this customer about any inappropriate behavior by the staff.
