Even though the ad in general is for another region I do see it as Toyota's responsibility to honor that the internet is a viable source for lease offers and it is not ethical to have a regional ad appear in non covered regionToyota America must either remove the ad from any organic google search where that ad is not available or honor it at all Toyota dealershipsOtherwise it is a true case of bait and switchEither way Tustin Toyota made no attempt to honor even a lease pricing guide for $down on a month lease and would not match a quote I received on a Lease for a Toyota Tacoma from *** *** in IrvineI presented both to ***Lastly, I believe Tustin Toyota does not want my business and that is okay..I am certain there are other dealerships and/or other Auto manufacturers out there who would like my businessI've been a sold out Toyota customer for years..perhaps Tustin Toyota has forced me to reconsider the Toyota brandSAD.

In an effort to resolve your concerns, [redacted], [redacted] our Finance Director, and I contacted you yesterday afternoon via telephone about 5:45 p.m. to address this matter. We originally offered you $500 to help assist with majority of the difference in interest, you requested $600, and we agreed.I can assure you that Tustin Toyota provided you with the best price possible, unfortunately we are unable to make any adjustments to your current contract. The GM did not provide an estimated date for my HOV lane application. I am expecting a weekly status by email from the dealership on the application and not myself requesting status from them.I would also require the dealership to be responsible for the full amount of the CA rebate if the funds run out before my application is approved.There is also no assurance from the GM of the steps that will be undertaken by the dealership to prevent such a situation from occurring to another customer.

Mr. [redacted] contacted us on May 19th 2016 requesting purchase and lease information for a
2016 Tacoma TRD Sport. Customer was contacted by Internet Sales Representative, [redacted] Troncoso, and
was advised that the Tacoma ad could not be honored due the fact that it was for a 2016 Tacoma SR5...

and
the offer was only available through participating Central Atlantic dealers. Mr. [redacted] was also
informed that any information provided pertaining to a new lease/purchase would be based on $5,000
equity pending an appraisal. An appraisal was completed and the customer was informed that his vehicle
was appraised with $4,000 in equity.

Tustin Toyota would be happy to help Mr. [redacted] with a lease/purchase of a new vehicle, as well as
provide information to include any current incentives and offers, if available, in the Los Angeles Region.
