After having my supervisor *** *** investigate the situation, it was determined that missing of this handicap stop was due to changes in personnel on that route.We have implemented a list of special stops that will be attached to all route sheets as well as specify each address needing the
special services that will require that each driverrecord the time the cans were serviced as well as sign off verifying the pickupMy supervisor has given *** ***s his direct phone number as reassurance to him that we are handlingthe issue at hand

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11387741, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their response is a fabrication. In at least two of the instances the missed pickup was not rectified within 24 hours - in one instance it wasn't rectified until my next scheduled pickup, which is a clear breach of contract. I have still not received a call from a supervisor - the frontline customer service representatives and my sales associate are not able to resolve issues. If they have records that say otherwise, please provide me with a copy of those records.
