Essentially our position is that the outstanding issue is a result of improper pool maintenance. Mr. [redacted] and I spoke recently and have agreed to the following;...

that we will repair the discoloration and then, without charge, maintain his pool for a period of 2 months. His position is that he has been maintaining his pool properly.   He and I agree that the only way to remove the “maintenance” as our issue is for us to make the repair and then maintain it free of charge for 2 months. If, during that time period, the problem doesn’t reoccur, we will both consider this issue resolved.   Thank you for your patience and please let me know if there is anything further we should do at this time.
