I am a homeowner charged HOA fees for Cascadia Management I have large piles of leaves all over my front yard and walkway and have a bill for $dollars states due to them for serviceWhat am I being charged for? This complaint cannot be categorized as simply one of your options on the list, it involves disservice, homeownership rights to protect personal property and lack of customer service as the Corphas never contacted me about events of any type of service (other than road work) done by others and since this new management took over have contacted me constantly, repeatedly and regularly to complain about a weed, the trash bin being outside the gate (becuase they broke and entered into the gated area forcing my gate the wrong way against the hinges and jammed it, then send picture of the bin where it was left with a complaint and fine threat a few days following the gate being brokenThey have allowed renters that moved in to constantly block my entry and exit to my driveway with their truck EVERY DAY being parked resting over 1/of the one lane road which impeded the immediate right turn I have to make to get into my garageHe never had a vehicle parked in his two car garage and they
