I am owed from this companyI made several calls to resolve this issue and I also sent several e-mails in regard to the refundI was told "the check was in the mail"As of todays date I have not received my refundIn fact in order to get them to pick up the phone I had to block my caller IDI would never use this company again, I think I am going to have to file a small claims case in order to to get my refund

I am owed 224.91 from this company. I made several calls to resolve this issue and I also sent several e-mails in regard to the refund. I was told "the check was in the mail". As of todays date I have not received my refund. In fact in order to get them to pick up the phone I had to block my caller ID. I would never use this company again, I think I am going to have to file a small claims case in order to to get my refund.

Review: Man came to service my washing machine. Said he needed to order a part and needed a check for full amount for $283. He never returned. First he said the part didn't come in, after one week he said they sent him the wrong part and would come in the following day. He never showed, he never called and now the company has not called back and you only get an answering machine when you call.Desired Settlement: When he didn't come in the third time, someone at the office said they would give me a refund. I should have taken it them but I still thought he had the part and could fix it soon, which I would have preferred. After that I never heard from them again.At this point I just want my money back and I will call another company.

Review: My refrigerator wasn't working properly so I called appliance repair companies in the yellow pages. Next Generation appliance repair came over to my house on September **, 2015, Carl P[redacted] was the service repairman he is also the owner. He told me that the refrigerator needed a computer and a fan. He could fix it for $460.00. So I agreed. He replaced the computer but said the fan was now working so he didn't replace it. I paid him $460.00 in cash and asked if there was any guarantee. He said all repairs were guaranteed for 3 months. Within a week the refrigerator started making weird noises and then stopped working properly. The freezer only kept the bottom shelf cold and the refrigerator only kept the bottom cool. I called Carl, he said it sounded like a fan so he would order one and that it would be in the following Monday or Tuesday. When I didn't hear from him I called and left a message on his machine. No reply. So I called again the next day . I have called every day for a week leaving a message every time. But again there has been no call back from Carl. Today I called from a different number and got an answer. When I asked for Carl the man groaned and hung up on me. I called right back and got the machine again. Now my refrigerator has stopped working all together. I am living with no refrigerator and this company wouldn't answer my calls and has my $460.00 in cash. I need a refrigerator to live.Desired Settlement: Please have them fix my refrigerator as soon as possible !

Review: They repaired my freezer (16 years old) for $450 late last summer and gave us a 1 yr guarantee. It broke 10 months later (after being shut off from Oct to the end of May. The repairman temporarilly fixed it three weeks ago but was supposed to come back with another part. We paid him an extra $150 for labor unfortuantely by check. He was supposed to be here Friday morning. He never showed. I called 5 times Friday, once Saturday and twice yesterday. He doesn't take my calls. Yesterday I called from a friend's phone and he said he would call back -- never did.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate any action on this matter. I had to buy a freezer and will probably have to buy a new refrigerator.
