I am rejecting this response because: I would not let mrK*** or anyone associated with mrK*** touch my carI refuse to sign a waiver to have him put the catalytic converters backI did not sign a waiver for him to take them offThe problem with my vehicle started on July 13th up until this day mrK*** has not repaired my vehicleHe had plenty of opportunity up until this point to repair the vehicleAnd on a side note mrK*** was the first one to seek legal representation for what reason I do not know his vehicle was not damaged

I did not seek legal counsel but only legal advise *** *** stated "see you in court later" as seen in the text message I sent to MrsButts but is also included in this reply as well Seeing as *** does not want me to touch his vehicle or anyone I know for that matter there is nothing more I can do for *** *** I gave a solution and *** *** turned it down, I went out of my way to do everything I can for him and to no eval *** *** does not want me to touch his vehicle So what more can I do if not given the opportunity, I will install the Cat Converter that *** *** has in his possession if *** *** signs a waiver that I am only responsible for the install of the Cat Converter otherwise *** *** can take me to court as he stated in the text provided
