Worst experience ever this guy mark is nothing but a con man. Uses the cheapest materials and products while charging premium prices. The remodel took far longer than it should have, and was never finished because this guy mark is a flipper. The work that he does is low grade. The workers were there only one to two times a week. I should have recognized the red flag when he kept begging me to give him a deposit and wanted to start even before the architectural plans were approved. He has a very low rating from the Better Business Bureau. He blames everything on the sub contractors. Saying they’re lazy and undependable that’s why I pay them a lump sum and not by the hour. One of the sub contractors told me the reason didn’t return to finish was because mark didn’t pay him from the first time he was there. He’ll show you reviews but check them out first. My remodel was never completed by next level construction which now is probably under a different name built to last or lifetime remodelers or red mug investments. Stay clear of this guy.

Mark was easy to work with. Takes pride in the work they do. Had several options and ideas along with explanations. There were two different crews (1 for each job)We had new siding put on our garage. This was done in a timely manner even with weather not cooperating. Beautiful job! We love it. 2nd part. Different crew removed our porch added a brand new one. They also did a great job, a little rocky at first with the communication and expectations of details and timeline. Regardless of weather conditions. After all was said and done, this crew also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. A little detail needed repair, I didn’t need to reach out to request assistance. Mark called to follow up, I have total confidence it will be corrected quickly. Highly recommend them.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job redoing my bathroom. the transformation was incredible. They gutted and reconfigured the whole entire bathroom to use all space. They also put trim throughout the entire house And repaired and painted the walls. He took on all projects and completed them in a timely manner for a fair price

I looked up companies under homeadvisor.com for my dad back in October. Mark from Next Level Construction came out and gave us an estimate for a significant amount of work to be done at my parents home. He said there will be different workers there to do the work on the house such as plumber, painter, electrician, etc. My dad signed the contract the same day and gave a deposit. This was October. It is now mid December. He is still waiting for the windows to be complete, the rest of the house to be painted, debris removed from the yard, and decent water pressure in the bathroom shower. I gave up on them correcting the floors, and finished putting the registers on the vents and cleaned all the saw dust and debris out of the vents. One man did a complete bathroom remodel. I could have saved them a LOT of money by hiring a handy man, but I wanted their home to be done right. Yea, I was WRONG. The house would have been done by now if I did. WORSE mistake I ever made was convincing my dad to do this.

We used Next Level Construction to repair my parents' back porch, concrete walkway -- front and back -- siding on the home. Mark and his crew were excellent in the job they did. And, the work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mark *** and Next Level Construction for any home improvement//repair.

I used Next Level Construction to have my front porch rebuild and the work done was outstanding. With me living in another state the owner, Mark, kept me informed of all the day by day actions of the project, until it was completed. I have more projects that needs to be done and I will use Next Level Construction for them. I will not hesitate to recommend Next Level to my family and friends for their projects around their home.

Next Level Construction Inc. Did a very good job on my garage and patio they also put siding on the back of my house it make everything look brand new the workers was very nice they worked very careful around my rose bush, they cleaned up everything and hull it away.

Great doing business with Mark *** & his crew! They did great work, always punctual & the price was reasonable; they were also able to start work earlier than expected. I am extremely satified with the finished work on my basement. I will definitely reach to Next Level for future projects
