Review: On January [redacted], I paid [redacted] of Next Level Consulting $500.00 to install Wishlist Membership Software and make other edits to my website, bring it live from a sandbox format, do some other formatting, test the site, import my members and make sure all was working. The site was to go live Feb [redacted]. It did not, partly because [redacted], our hosting company, held us up. However, we finally migrated the site and Lisa could start working on it on the [redacted] and she committed to working it the next two days. If she had, she probably could have finished. Instead she went radio silent and I have not heard from her since despite numerous emails, phone calls and [redacted] messages.

All along I have had to prod her to get work done. She has given me excuses every time I have called her to see why work wasn't progressing. First it was a power outage, then she was in the ER with food poisoning, then she was in bed with the flu, then her office staff was down with the flu, it is always a catastrophic event that has kept her from working. She promised numerous times to give me her assistants phone number/email so that I would always be able to get in touch with someone. She would promise to email it, hang up the phone and never follow through.Desired Settlement: At this point, I feel she owes me a full refund of $500.00 because she did so little work and caused me such hardship.
