I would not recommend this apartment complex or management companyMy son (a student at the University of Arizona) received an eviction notice in March, stating that he owed $in late fees for not paying his rent on timeWhen I called to complain (because I have always paid rent on time), I was notified that the amount due was really for a missed utility payment in November(My son said he paid that in cash, but we have no receipt.) I asked why months of late fees had been allowed to accumulate without any noticeThey said they sent an email to my son in mid-February (which only indicated that we had not paid rent on time)I asked for the late fees to be waived at the very least, given their inadequate notification of either me or my sonI was told by staff that I could take them to courtI ended up paying the full amount due to avoid eviction and further late fees, but I am happy to share my discontent with all that will listen at this point These unethical billing practices coupled with unreliable water, broken furniture, etcmake this a truly poor choice for any family looking for student living for their son or daughter
