Review: Hi,I came to this place bc my sister wanted to do something nice for me,since I helped her study & train 4 her new job position.So as an action of appreciation she took me 2 get my nails done. We decided 2 go to the "Next nails spa," a full nail salon service. It was the worst customer service I've ever received.We arrived a little after 2pm they sat us down & a lady by the name [redacted] started working on my sisters nails as she started I explained to [redacted] how I wanted my nails, I showed her a picture.I continued to wait for another 15, 20 minuets until another lady(who's name she didn't give me, and I didn't think to ask or even thought I'd have to do this)came to finally assist me.I showed her the picture of what I wanted and made it seem like she understood,[redacted] who was still working on my sisters nails also explained it to her in her language.Through out the process I noticed they were not looking how I wanted them,so I repeatedly told her what I was going for &she seemed to understand. In the process a fruit fly landed on my wet right middle finger and got stuck,I told the lady about it and she said ok, next thing you know she painted right over it, that is so gross and un sanitary. Then when I told her again that's not what I wanted she said what I wanted was ugly and that this was better. She finally finished around 5:45pm I was so unhappy. And since my sister was paying for it she paid ahead. I complaint to the guy at the front and said they can fix it, but I was there too long and had to be home by 6 to take care of my sick grandma, and couldn't stay for another 3 hours. So he said come back before the month ends. But to be honest I was so upset and grossed out by the bug that's still in my finger nail that wanted nothing from there,so came back Monday in attempt to get my 40 dollars back, and I was accused to just wanting my nails done for the weekend to party and now that the weekend is over I want my money back. I asked for the owners # and they refused to give it to me.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, it was 40 dollars plus tip... They can keep my tip but I want my 40 dollars back, that same date there were 4 girls also complaining on how they were so sloppy.
