Our home was hit hard by the "microburst" that hit Estrella Mountain Ranch on August 2nd, Graco started working for us that day! They immediately responded and knew what to do, starting with putting up tarps etcto prevent further damage to the homeThe damage to our home included a full roof replacement, water damage to rooms, installation removal and replacement, and moreA very stressful situation for us as home owners, but Graco immediately put us at easeWe cannot imagine how making all the repairs would've went if we didn't have their team

I contacted this company and the following day they sent a certified roof inspector at no costThey did a full report with estimate , pictures and diagrams on the siteTheir roof inspector thoroughly explained his findingsThey walked me trough the claim procces with my Insurance CompanyThen they met with my claim adjuster and got me a full roof replacement when the insurance adjuster just wanted to do a partial repairThank you so much guys!!!
