Dear Revdex.com claim analyst, Here -are some facts that refute this claim:• Our company, Next Phase Plan LLC (NPP), leased a storage unit to [redacted] effective August 2016.• Her storage unit was locked with her lockWe have no access to her storage unit.• NPP contracted to replace the roof en the storage unit buildingThis work was completed theweek of September 25, This is investment is in keeping with our commitment to improve our properties and safeguard the property of our storage unit renters.• During the roof replacement, it became apparent that some of the underlayment needed to be replacedThe underlayment from the roof drip edge back approxfeet had to be replaced.Our roofing contractor proceeded to cut out the degraded underlayment and replaced it.• During the cutting process some saw dust and particle board f lakes fell into all to the storage units.o This was unavoidable per our contractor since units are all locked and cutting was required to properly repair roof.o The old underlayment was replaced with new within minutes of its removal and no one entered any unit or disturbed any of the contents of any storage unit including Ms [redacted] 's(Signed statement of our contractor attached)o Renters could not be informed in advance since problem was unexpected and found during execution of the roofing project.o We have photos of the minimal level of dust this generated (Photos attached)o We have over renters of these storage units, all experienced this very minor inconvenienceWe have received no complaints other than from this Renter.o We have photos of her sawdust and they show the minor nature of this issue (Photos attached)o We discussed this situation with one renter, [redacted] ***, who happened to be at his unit when we were inspecting the roof completionWe saw the minor dusting in his unit and offered to vacuum his unitHe declined our offer since the dusting was so minorMr***'s signed statement is attached.• The nature of this falling sawdust and wood flakes is such that it could not have scratched her property.• Her TV was, in fact scratched, but given that the security of the unit is under her control via her personal lock, the scratches must have occurred prior to be stored there or while she had unit opened.• Our lease, which renter signed, makes it very clear that we have no liabilities for her property and she was advised to carry insurance(Lease clauses attached)• We offered to vacuum Ms [redacted] 's unit but she declined this offer.We pride ourselves on fair and effective management of our propertiesHappy tenants is our goalMy wife and I have received numerous compliments for our property management and attention to customer satisfactionMany tenants have told us that we are the best Landlord's that have ever rented fromThis is the reputation we have earned and we will strive to maintain itThese facts document the conclusion that any damage to renter's property did not occur during the roof replacement and could not be Landlord's responsibility due to unit being secured by renter's lockWe have provided documentation of the facts of this case with signed statements of people directlyinvolved and the photo evidence to validate these factsIn the interest of resolving this issue, we are willing to refund 100% of the rent paid by Ms [redacted] for this storage unit which is $We offer this in the interest of going beyond expectations, even though we have no responsibility whatsoever for any of the renter's claims of damage to her property Let us know if you have any questions Sincerely, Susan G [redacted] , Robert S [redacted] - Members, Next Phase Plan LLC

I'm writing to you to give you more-information that I could not write on the complaint form onlineI must first tell you the purchase-price was $monthly for the storage unit# 2, that I rented threw Next Phase Plan LLCOwned by Sue [redacted] The dispute amount is for $5,I included via texts messages from the moment I noticed my storage Unit a rack as well as my itemsI leased the storage unit #on August 10th, The lease was a month by month lease agreement Because of the stress involved with these circumstance's I required to change my anxiety medicine two times, from my psychologist Dr [redacted] I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacksI find this circumstance uncalled for and the detail that Sue [redacted] isn't taking the appropriate actionShe at no time aware me that she was having construction on the roof of where my possessions remained kept at If I was informed about the construction of the roof, I would have engaged the suitable precautions to concealment all in all my special belongs with the proper attention that would have been requiredSince at no time being informed, I consume many items damagedNearly altogether all my furnitureI need to take improved images to display all the defects I have endeared The pictures I sent via email do not justice of the damagesAs soon as I get photo paper I will send youimproved picturesAltogether my furniture was enclosed in uncontaminated offensivenessWhen I got moved into my new apartment, there was additional visibility damaged that occurred by remaining at that storing unit This is a list of the overall damage that is very unfortunateSue stated "I spoke to the construction workers and they don't recall any damages caused by them." The day I found my belongings in that disarray, the roofers were at the unitsIt was undisputableI'm very optimistic the labors overheard I personally and my fiance very distraughtThere is no other way my belongings turn out to be spoiled in the manner they concluded to be inShe is going on there input not her tenant'sMy movers who have worked in their profession for quite a while, even told Sue [redacted] that there was a lot of harm that cannot be fixedMy Lakeview case worker, the two movers, my fiance and myself saw everything in the condition it was inMy case worker through Lakeview observed and heard everything Sue [redacted] was saying to meShe stated "I'll have everything cleaned." Mine you I was moving all my items into my new apartment See basically blew the circumstances away like it was no problemsShe changed the subject to her own personal lifeTelling me about having to evict a tenant from her apartments, right in front of the storage unitsShe went on and on about this man I didn't know and personally I didn't care about her personal lifeSue [redacted] stated "This isn't a good time right now for this to be happening." That isn't fixing my problemsI for one is being all truthful and honestI would not have gone to this degreeIt is not in my nature to source to conflictionI would at no time have broken nor damaged itemsI would at no time have inquired a storage unit I would have bought all new furniture and furtherIt makes no logic to pay for a storage unit, accumulation of damaged itemsYou can ask my fiance how I amI do not appreciate being put in this indistinguishable unfortunate frustrating stateI am out of a lot of brand new furniture in their original state to depreciated furnitureHere is a list of all the damage items• TV- Scratched and non-workingThe TV was not in the state before it was previously located in the unitThere was no way to remove the scratches and the steadiness of the base of the TVI had to purchase a New TV to replace the broken oneI bought a Samsung LED 32"I bought it from Walmart in Canandaigua, NY for $plus tax $22.50= $• Micro fiber Large Love Seat- There are marks all over the love seatIt needs to be cleaned professionallyThe cleaning process is going to cost$ by [redacted] The lady I spoke to was named LexiThe brand name is made by Ashley furnitureThe love seat cost $1, • Shadow Bedroom Chest Dresser- The dresser is from Raymore & FlanniganColor EspressoThe dresser cost $ There are scratches on all the Dovetailed DrawersJust for them to come look at the dresser it is going to cost $ then plus the cost to repair the damagesSo, I'm not exactly sure how much this is going to cost all together? • Brown leather Recliner- This Recliner Is from Ashley FurnitureIt cost $ 1,There is scratches down the right front There are marks all over the leg restIf it is fixable, It is going to cost a lot to repairFlanniganThere are Scratches all over these tablesThey never had any until I placed them in the Storage Unit The only way to get the scratches out is to REPLACE the GlassCoffee Table & Two End TablesThey cost $for the matching set these are very RAREYou really can't replace these tablesThe glass would cost more than when I bought them.• STERLING Mattress Gel- This Mattress was bought at Home Necessity'sIn Seneca Falls, NYThe Mattress was purchased for $There are stains on the one side of the mattressThe mattress was covered and still there are stainson itSo, the mattress has to be cleaned or repurchased • I had to Clean everything that was in the storage unitI was so disgustingI spent hours cleaning and having to buy tons of cleaning suppliesLysol,· Pinesol, Clorox-wipes,Bleach, Windex, Rags & Exthad to clean everything outside before I brought it into my New ApartmentAll my books are in terrible conditionI love Harry PotterMy fiance bought me a Very Rare Book SetThat was $in the 1990's, so it is worth a lot more than $It's a collector's itemI'm very upset about all my Harry Potter items and My Zohar Collection- 23· Book Collection around $or more, from the Kabbalah CenterThese are books for My Religious purposesA lot of my Art work and Posters that are one of a kind are ruined This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had to go throughNot only myself as well as my FianceThere are some manyitems I can never replace to its original condition, unless buying them all new, If I can find themI don't know bow you place a value on these precious and cherished possessions of mine I will never get backSincerely, [redacted]

That isn't fixing my problems. I for one is being all truthful and honest. I would not have gone to this degree. It is not in my nature to source to confliction. I would at no time have broken nor damaged items. I would at no time have inquired a storage unit I would have bought all new furniture and further. It makes no logic to pay for a storage unit, accumulation of damaged items. You can ask my fiance how I am. I do not appreciate being put in this indistinguishable unfortunate frustrating state. I am out of a lot of brand new furniture in their original state to depreciated furniture. Here is a list of all the damage items. • TV- Scratched and non-working. The TV was not in the state before it was previously located in the unit. There was no way to remove the scratches and the steadiness of the base of the TV. I had to purchase a New TV to replace the broken one. I bought a Samsung LED 32". I bought it from Walmart in Canandaigua, NY for $299.00 plus tax $22.50= $321.50 • Micro fiber Large Love Seat- There are marks all over the love seat. It needs to be cleaned professionally. The cleaning process is going to cost$ 157.00 by [redacted]. The lady I spoke to was named Lexi. The brand name is made by Ashley furniture. The love seat cost $1,416.00.  • Shadow Bedroom Chest Dresser- The dresser is from Raymore & Flannigan. Color Espresso. The dresser cost $ 390.00 There are scratches on all the Dovetailed Drawers. Just for them to come look at the dresser it is going to cost $ 75.00 then plus the cost to repair the damages. So, I'm not exactly sure how much this is going to cost all together? • Brown leather Recliner- This Recliner Is from Ashley Furniture. It cost $ 1,200.00. There is scratches down the right front There are marks all over the leg rest. If it is fixable, It is going to cost a lot to repair. Flannigan. There are Scratches all over these tables. They never had any until I placed them in the Storage Unit The only way to get the scratches out is to REPLACE the Glass. Coffee Table & Two End Tables. They cost $383.00. for the matching set these are very RARE. You really can't replace these tables. The glass would cost more than when I bought them.• STERLING Mattress Gel- This Mattress was bought at Home Necessity's. In Seneca Falls, NY. The Mattress was purchased for $500.00. There are stains on the one side of the mattress. The mattress was covered and still there are stainson it. So, the mattress has to be cleaned or repurchased.  • I had to Clean everything that was in the storage unit. I was so disgusting. I  spent hours cleaning and having to buy tons of cleaning supplies. Lysol,· Pinesol, Clorox-wipes,Bleach, Windex, Rags & Ext. had to clean everything outside before I brought it into my New Apartment. All my books are in terrible condition. I love Harry Potter. My fiance bought me a Very Rare Book Set. That was $205.00 in the 1990's, so it is worth a lot more than $205.00. It's a collector's item. In the interest of resolving this issue, we are willing to refund 100% of the rent paid by Ms [redacted] for this storage unit which is $195.
