The receipt was put in the box by the clerk. I didn't see the receipt until after I left the store. There is NO signage in the store stating this fact, nor was this fact explained during the purchase. It is very deceptive and misleading.

I would like to receive a full refund for the full purchase price of the bracelet, fuel cost, and hotel fees. Once I receive an agreement that they will refund me $[redacted], I will return the bracelet.

The issue is that I am not contesting that I purchased the Level 3 bracelet.
The issue is that I have not received a refund for the amount of the purchase.
I have made several attempts to return the bracelet. Each time I have tried to work with representatives of the Tuning Element, I was told that they would not give me a refund.
WHY would I give them their product back and NOT receive a refund?
I am asking the Revdex.com for their assistance in working with a business to provide quality customer service by having the Tuning Element make a permanent credit for the full amount of my purchase, $493.20. As I have stated on numerous prior occasions, I will be glad to return the bracelet to the Tuning Element. My suggestion at this time is for the Tuning Element to send me a shipping label for me to use to send the bracelet to the Revdex.com by Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. That way, the Tuning Element will have confirmation that their item is actually being returned to them so there will be no further issues on this pending matter.
The above is what I have been trying to do all along.
I appreciate your continued assistance in getting this matter resolved to my satisfaction.
