Review: This company Took our money and never returned it and never did the work, on top of all that they try to collect a rebate from [redacted] of almost $13,000.00 and they never did the work to begin with. Due to the fact we already had LED lights when we remodeled the building, so we contacted [redacted] to learn they were trying to get the rebate money on work they never performed. Now the owner including his bookkeeper/accountant Thomas, who were not given the last name, kept telling us we will get a refund in the mail by Friday. We have called 4 times and kept getting the same story. This company needs to be investigated for fraud on rebates from [redacted] and SMUD. because according to their paperwork, they make a lot off of Utilities Rebates.Desired Settlement: Need our full refund, as told by [redacted] ([redacted]), Thomas the account/bookkeeper ([redacted]), and by owner [redacted] ([redacted])

We mailed his refund via USPS certified mail. He did receive the refund. The check was cashed.
