I am here to respond to ***'s complaintAs stated, she did meet with me paying $which was a partial payment for a subscription that she agreed to pay later but never didIn addition she was sent and signed agreement that was sent to her phone before she left, it was some other liability forms
that she wasnt able to do due to her phone dyingAlthough, her phone may was dead but as soon as she was able to turn it on doesn't mean that the agreements and forms sent was deleted, she still could access themThe agreement was signed either wayOn the agreement that signed she agreed to pay the rest of the amount owed for her first month of training and to be debited for the agreed amounts each month and when tried they were declinedSeveral attempts went out to reach her with no replyI didn't receive any emails nor was I notified from my system developers if any notification was madeI read and told *** of what the agreement entails, and that just because she didn't come into train doesn't mean she canceled her agreementIt has to be done as stated in the policy and with debt owedAlso, that my business operates sort of like a gym, if an agreement signed you still pay no matter if you come in or notI told her that the money that did draft she can come in and start her training officially, if not it is still debt owedIf needed I have the agreement of which she signed toShe stated she never signed it, yet I have it and it's no way I can do it for her
