I am rejecting this response because:
We did check on the toll lane violations and they appear to be taken care of. However, According to DMV the vehicle still shows My Wife, [redacted] as the registered owner. So that part is not complete. I am not sure what the DMV issue is, but we have submitted 3 times the release of liability and it is not processed. Maybe the SELLINGPARTY has to submit it. I also have not heard anything from the company as far as responsibility or apology. The Rep, [redacted] has refused to reply or answer my emails. Thank you[redacted]

We had repossessed out vehicle from Mr. [redacted] due to non payment and no redemption will be allowed due to his poor payment history.Release of liability has been filed with DMV and therefore he will not be personally liable for any toll violations. care of her toll violation. Finally, we got her paid the toll violation fee after numerous phone calls. Attached please find copy of 91 Express statement showing that no balance due.
