OMG!!!
OMG. The cabinets are beautiful and so well made. I could not be happier! We had an excellent communication and service Meera was extremely kind and fast on delegating the entire process, highly recommended, but most importantly, fantastic product and a very competitive price

Review: We ordered the cabinet from Next Day Cabinets about a month ago. They introduced us SOLID WOOD cabinet. When cabinets delivered to house, the handle part and part of wood felt off and we got to see the cutted area of the cabinet part. It wasn't Solid Wood it was made out of Sawdust. It can't be solid wood definately because the broken part came off easily...We called them and complaint to reorder other cabinet or get refund. However, their manager, [redacted], kept delaying to give us a call back to solve this matter. So, we took this cabinet to other company for get estimate of the cabinets, they said it can't be the amount that we paid. which is supposed to be lot cheaper than what we paid. This company is definately FRAUD that they lied to us about their material and now they are avoiding our complain and calls.Desired Settlement: We would like to get refund or change our order if it's possible. No replacement will be accept because our customer doesn't want that cabinet at all.

+1

Review: In March, 2013, I ordered [redacted] cabinets from Next Day Cabinets in [redacted], VA when I was remodeling my kitchen. When ordering my cabinets, I was told by [redacted], Vice President of Operations for Next Day Cabinets that my cabinets would be delivered to my home for a delivery fee. Later, after the delivery charge was paid, I was told that the cabinets would only be delivered to the loading dock of my condo and not brought up the elevator to my home. When I questioned **. [redacted] as to why he never told me that, his response was "you never asked". I ended up having a friend pick them up and bring them to my home. I asked **. [redacted] to issue me a credit for the delivery charge. He sent me a photo of a "credit receipt", but two months later the credit still had not shown up on my credit card. I contacted my credit card company, who looked into the matter and got my credit issued for me.

Fast forward to one year later, March. 2014. I had been noticing that several of my cabinet doors just didn't look right - they appeared to be developing scratches across the grain, is the best way to describe it. Since nobody has ever come to my home to look at the doors, I still don't really know what happened. In any event, I believe the product to be defective.

On March 8. 2014, I called Next Day Cabinets and was transferred to **. [redacted], a customer service representative. I explained the problem and he said he would have to get back to me.

On M arch 10, 2014, after never hearing back from **. [redacted], I called again and spoke to [redacted], Receptionist for Next Day Cabinets, who sent me a copy of the [redacted] warranty which states that their products are good for 5 years. She also told me to send photos of the cabinet doors, which I did.

On March 12, 2014, I received an email from [redacted] acknowledging that she received the photos and would contact me when a [redacted] representative would be available to come to my home to look at the cabinet doors.

On March 13, 2014, I received an email from [redacted] that it was possible that the photos alone would be sufficient and would have more information the following afternoon as to what the next steps would be.

On March 14, 2014, I received an email from [redacted] stating he could not find the invoice of my purchase. I stated that Next Day Cabinets never issued me one, but I provided him a copy of the Purchase Order and also my credit card statement as proof of purchase.

On March 19, 2014, I received an email from [redacted], that after speaking with VP of Operations, [redacted], I would have to contact [redacted] headquarters and handle this matter directly with them. I did call [redacted] and was given a customer service email address. I emailed twice regarding my situation and received no response to either email.

On March 20, 2014, I received an email from [redacted] stating that he had spoken to their [redacted] rep. He said that Next Day Cabinets could assist in submitting the claim, but could not guarantee they would accept it. I was instructed to: 1) take photos of doors and number each one with a post it 2) take measurements of each of the doors, and 3) take photos of the entire kitchen.

On March 23, 2014, I emailed [redacted] with the requested information listed above.

On March 27th, 2014 after receiving no response, I emailed [redacted] regarding the status. He acknowledged that he received all of the above listed information and would follow up with me regarding the outcome.

On April 3, 2014, after hearing nothing, I emailed [redacted] as to the status of my claim. He informed me that [redacted] would replace the cabinets and would follow up with me regarding the ETA.

On April 3, 2014, I responded to [redacted]'s email. Recalling the lie I was told regarding delivery a year ago, I specifically asked, "Will Next Day Cabinets/[redacted] deliver and install the new doors?". Later that afternoon, [redacted] responded "Correct" to my question.

He also later emailed me that it would be approximately 8 weeks for the doors to be delivered.

Also on April 3, 2014, I sent [redacted] another email with the following questions: 1) to acknowledge that the doors would be delivered approx. late May/early June, 2) to verify that there would be no charges that I would incur, 3) would they be able to deliver and install on Saturdays, and 4) since I have knobs on my current doors, would they be able to remove them and install on new doors, or would that be my responsibility?

On April 9, 2014, after having received no response to my above questions, I emailed [redacted] asking the questions again. This time I received an email stating the doors should arrive early June and "please don't take this the wrong way", but Next Day Cabinets do not install or deliver. The doors would be delivered to them and I could pick them up or for a fee, have them delivered to my home.

On April 9. 2014, I emailed a copy of my April 3rd email stating my question about having the doors installed and delivered and asked why he said "correct" then and was now telling me that they won't do it. He responded that his "correct" statement was in reference to whether I would incur any charges.

On April 9. 2014, realizing that I had been misled and lied to, among other things, I emailed [redacted] and cancelled the order of my replacement doors.

My experience with Next Day Cabinets has been horrible from the beginning. I believe they sell defective products. They have poor record keeping - do not issue invoices or keep any records of them. Their employees are arrogant, sarcastic and rude. They intentionally lie and mislead customers and they are not responsive at all to customer needs, concerns and complaints. Had I not done any of the leg work or followed up on the status of my complaint, they would never have responded to me. In this situation, a representative should have come to my home and looked at the cabinet doors. To make any kind of a decision based on photos alone and asking me to take the measurements, which was clearly their responsibility to do, is just unthinkable and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I believe that:

*A representative needs to come to my home, look at the cabinet doors and offer some sort of explanation as to what's wrong with them, and professionally measure them for replacement.

*I believe they need to replace their defective products. This includes delivery and installation of the new doors

* By delivery, I mean that the doors should be delivered to my condo, taken out of the truck, put on the elevator in my building, taken up to the 9th floor, taken off the elevator, taken down the hall and through the front door of my home.

*They need to remove the old doors and install the new ones.

*And NO charges, including delivery fees, should be incurred by me for replacing a defective product covered under a warrenty.

If these issues cannot be carried out as stated above, I request that the Revdex.com give Next Day Cabinets an F rating. I have no desire to see anybody have to go through what I did.
