At the time of sale this vehicle left our organization undamaged with all doors opening and closing properly, days after the sale the consumer complained about the door rubbing on the front fender and after a brief inspection realized that the vehicle had been damaged on the front bumper and that
caused the fender to jar into the door causing it to scrapeWe fixed the door from rubbing as a courtesy however did not feel the need to commit to the new damages to the vehicleWe strive on customer satisfaction as an organization at Next Gen Auto Sales

I totally disagree with this response it's pretty much a he said she said situation I believe one of the workers or someone who is affiliated with this company damaged the vehicle prior me picking the vehicle upI consider myself a honest person and would not make a false claim on something that I have NOT doneI would like for this to be correctedThe damages on the vehicle was very fresh, I would have notice the door rubbing the day I test drove the vehicle and would have brought it to there attention to have correctedMy mother have notice the damage and I report it the following business dayThat Monday my mother and I went back to the car lot and was very dissappointed and insulted because he accused me of doing the damagesI would just like for this situation too be resolved by having the problem fixedWHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
