Sent: Sunday, November 22, 10:PMSubject: From: Saul [redacted] Subject: [redacted] Case # [redacted] July: Airecon Saul *** I had a call from a Warranty company for Mr [redacted] air conditioning system, at [redacted] ***I went at there around 8:pm found some electric components shorted out and low in freon ( up stair system) I called The [redacted] and they just authorized to add freon, and replaced Dual capacitor ,because they don't have previous records on,( Brand new Customers), they just pay service call or Deductible, after two Weeks Mr, [redacted] called in at [redacted] again saying system stop cooling, so I went back at his House again did Run Electronic Leak test on it, in effect found freon leaks at Condensing coil and evaporator as well, condensing coil 70% clogged do to lock of maintenance.so I did called at the [redacted] to report the issues and they authorized condensing coil and evaporator coil replacement, [redacted] Provide those Machines.Mr [redacted] didn't purchase any Equipment I just provided labor to install the condensing and coil for the [redacted] I did advise to Mr*** that the flue pipe on the heater system was broken,beacuse it was improper install and he understood thatIt was impossible that had broken an elbow on the flue pipe that is about ft higher..and I told Mr [redacted] that I was going to call [redacted] that that elbow was brokenThe [redacted] told me that the [redacted] will not cover to fix that elbow beacuse it not a mechanical issue and beacuse it was improper installedI never promised Mr [redacted] that I was to fix or repair the broken elbow He just want take vantage from All I did was to advised him that he had a broken flue pipe on the heating systemHe was happy the job I did for his air conditioning system,he paid me for the none covered cost from his [redacted] he agreed that the job was complete, and signed the paper workShould you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 713-725-Thank You, Saul ***
