I paid over $less than a year ago to this company for wireless internet installation It worked great for a while but then the service suffered severely starting in November weeks in December there was no service at all, and weeks again in January I called dozens of times and was told they would get back to me Finally, after weeks, when they did get back with me they told me that the tower near my house that I was using was no longer in service In fact, at the time of the call from them it had been down for weeks, they never even notified me but kept drafting my money I have called several times over the past month to talk to a supervisor (they refuse) and someone in accounting (they say they will call me back but they never do) Account_Number: No Contract

Internet Service has been out for nearly a week Multiple attempts have been made to get someone to call me about a resolution but no one will call
I have made multiple calls to what is described as Tier support They put in multiple tickets for a Tier support to call to discuss resolution of the issue but no one will call All we are being told is they are working on it When pushed the Tier rep read me an email, which was from days previous about the issue The company is not even communicating with its own support reps about the problem The company is making no attempt to inform it's customers of the issue and resolution I work from home and internet is an essential part of my work environment and is causing me to have to take time off from work We have very little providers of internet service in our areas so we have no choice but to use the provider This used to be ** *** which was a fine company but since Nextwave has taken the company the service
