Well I guess they were tired of me, because it took one week of me bothering them to check my phones, then It took them another week to check mother phone, and finally it took them another week to check the video game which I know all where in good condition.  The thing is is that I asked and every time except maybe once they were short with me and gave me the same general information I could get from the site. So I could no longer believe what it said on the site.  I mean in general customer service was bad, but the rest if you are looking for quick service, don't look for it.

are not aware of it?We are not a scam, and want happy customers. Our technicians
comments about your phone states that it has pink hue. Absolutely no mention of
a cracked screen. The fact that your phone did have a pink hue brought the
value down. Our apologies for any confusion you had regarding a cracked screen.

This could have been explained to me without me having to contact the Revdex.com instead they were rude and short with me and provided me with the information that I already have and did not give me a chance to ask anything more.  It all could have been avoided If they would have contacted them for me or even given me the number the contact the business.   This is the message I received [redacted] (Nextworth)May 4, 11:00 AM Good afternoon,This card was sent for processing on 04/27/2015, as I mentioned before this card will take about 3 weeks to get to you. multiple times via phone calls and have left you voice mails, andyou have not responded back.We want to help you. We are not in the bait and switchbusiness. We would not send you back the wrong phone as we have your IEMInumber.I will send you a copy of this email to the email address youprovided us as well and kindly ask that you get in touch with us so we canresolve.

I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I called the company and they offered me $70 for my phone. It's not $80 or $90 but it will do. As far as I know tho I did not see any pink hues. Customer service explained that most [redacted] 5's have this issue, it's a glitch from [redacted]. If it's a known glitch they should inform customers of this more and not quote so high from the beginning. It's still worth more than $54 tho! If they had offered me $70 instead of $54 tho I would have accepted so I think it's still a scam that they send such a lowball offer in hopes that someone will accept it. One good thing tho is that the lady in customer service was very nice.
