I've had my system for over years nowI am writing this review now because I recently contacted them for a service callI couldn't get my monitoring to work on my computerI called and they said they were able to see the system perfectlyThey asked if I wanted to have someone the next day to check my computerThe solar guy showed up on time and fixed my issue in two minutes! No charge on my end! *Except a water bottle I gave him on the way out That is the type of customer service that prompted me to write this reviewVery responsive company! Not just out to make a quick buck

Excellent service when installing my system and my friend's systemI would definitely recommend Nexus to any homeowner looking to go solar

We had solar installed We had trouble with them showing us if it was up and working, we had them come out more than once only to be told it was working fineAbout months later we got a bill from SCE stating we own them over $ We called SCE and they stated our solar was not working WE called Nexus and they sent someone out no apptmade to install a monitoring system which he could not install and left with out it working We found out this was to be installed at the time solar was put in We again called Nexus and talked with the office manager and she said a refund would becoming soon This all started in Septstill no refund and stopped answering emails Their salesman J*** *** also told us we would be issued a check of 10,to use for anything we wanted but most used it to pay down loan Never got check was later it was a tax credit Our salesman now works for the Hero program which our loan is through Conflict of interest We have copies of everything

Poor Installation of solar panels lead to leaky roof, it has been over a year and the problem persists
Solar panels do not generate the amount of KW which was advertised /ceiling
Inadequate/incomplete repair of roof/ceiling attempt made by Nexus

I originally went solar with one of the big guysI was months in and still no panels and very few updatesMy neighbor went solar with Nexus and I requested a quoteThey showed me all of my optionsI was installed in under daysVery happy with the workThey installed in hours and made sure to clean up

The sales lied to us to sell this product, we were told we would receive and $10,check from the government to put toward our loanAlso that we qualified for the lowest rate possibleThe check was never received, we tried to contact the company for over a year and told the bank the situationThe bank also tried to contact Nexus and could not get anyone to respond to them for monthsWe told bank we were not going to pay until problem was resolved and then we were finally contacted by *** at Nexus ###-###-####He told us that they do not deal with the sales company anymore due to their shady sales tactics and other complaints from customers on the same issueWe have been waiting for any information from *** at Nexus to resolve this issueWe want our payment to be what the originally said it would be, we made our first payment of what they originally told us our monthly payment would beAgain we are still waiting to hear from Nexus its been over a month and they have stoppe

In 6/21/16, D*** ***, whom I recently learned through Ygrene, is a rep for the company Nexus Energy (lic# 359060) came to my door to offer solar panelsHe told me that the installation of the solar panels was free, that I would not have any bills for months, & that my payments would be lower than usualMrG*** never mentioned this would be done through a loanHe never asked me for my SS#, email address or permission to do a credit checkThat is why I believe the services were freeThe only document MrG*** asked me to sign was a single sheet documentHe said this document was simply to get permission from Edison to install the panels and I took his word without reading the formHe did not provide me with a copy because he said his printer was not working but that he would send it to me laterI never received a copy from himIn late May 2018, I received a letter from my mortgage comp warning me about "Special Taxes" I had not paid in Then I asked t

I've had my system for over 3 years now. I am writing this review now because I recently contacted them for a service call. I couldn't get my monitoring to work on my computer. I called and they said they were able to see the system perfectly. They asked if I wanted to have someone the next day to check my computer. The solar guy showed up on time and fixed my issue in two minutes!
No charge on my end! *Except a water bottle I gave him on the way out
That is the type of customer service that prompted me to write this review. Very responsive company! Not just out to make a quick buck.

We purchased a home solar panel system from Mike Reitkirk and Nexus Energy Systems a little over three years ago. The system was designed for our home, installed on time and has worked without flaw ever since. We were paying $350+ per month and are now receiving payment from SCE every month.
Mike and his company are men of their word and are very professional.

Review: We hired Nexus to install our solar panels on our 2 story home. During the installation, our roof was damaged and is now leaking. We have been trying to work with the company to get this resolved since Dec. 3, 2014 when we alerted them of the leak and sent them pictures of the leak. It is now Jan. 4, 2015 and we have been ignored, strung along, and made promises of a roofer coming to look at the problem, to no avail. We have had several conversations with the company rep (all on record of texts back and forth) telling us it will be handled. It has not been handled, let alone even looked at.We are so frustrated with this company and don't know what else to do. There has already been a few rain storms and who knows what further damage is being caused.Desired Settlement: We would like a professional roofer to come out and fix the problem as we were told it would be over a month ago at the expense of Nexus.
