I do not accept Silverstone homes response. Silverstone homes response is a faxed letter from their warranty company. My complaint is not with the Quality Builder's Warranty or the warranty at all. My compliant is with Silverstone homes practice of business. Silverstone homes sold a product (home) with known structural defects and did not disclose them to me (the home buyer). Silverstone homes hired a structural engineer to assess this defect and did not implement his repair design. Silverstone homes attempted to revise this defect cosmetically twice prior to my purchase of the home. Silverstone homes failed to obtain a permit for this retaining wall.
