I do not accept Silverstone homes response. Silverstone homes response is a faxed letter from their warranty company. My complaint is not with the Quality Builder's Warranty or the warranty at all. My compliant is with Silverstone homes practice of business. Silverstone homes sold a product (home) with known structural defects and did not disclose them to me (the home buyer).
