Review: ordered surf board over phone w nezzy surfboard / tom nezzy on nov 4th/2014. paid paypal on the 5th in full. item est. to ship 3 weeks. via txt and phone item delayed , told ship dec3rd, then have it before xmas, then tue after holiday, then "couple" days due to its at glasser. now no responce to email, voice, phone or text.Desired Settlement: board or money back
