At this point - I am now reporting ***, [redacted] and the company of ASD - for their inept, lying, argumentative personnel and shady business practices That is, for 1) their failure toward due diligence in assuring my product was under warranty, before I agreed to send it to them; 2) their subsequent determination to pass their mistake, back onto me - the customer; 3) their proclivity to lie to me, and about me (to the manufacturer) - in order to cover their mistakes; 4) their practice toward arguing with, and blaming, the customer; 5) their 'solution' being to simply "un-repair" the item; 6) their intention on holding my pool cleaner hostage - unless and until - they were paid, even when the mistake was theirs; 7) their refusal to give the customer a, detailed, account of the charges being quoted; 8) their continuation to 'overcharge' the customer - after the customer was the reason they were getting paid anything - after all Doheney XLS Robotic Pool Cleaner - inground pool Doh
