I am rejecting this response because:Hello,This response from the business is not a completed resolutionI will accept after the business has completed his verbal agreement with myself and my *** that he will provide a refund in the amount of $for the portion of work that was not completed on the smoker that we purchasedMr*** phoned my *** on Wednesday to inform him that the refund has not been issued because they did not have funds available to cover the check which he was unaware of until recently because his *** did not share this information with himMr*** informed my *** that he had a couple of big jobs that he would be completing in the next couple of weeks and once those were completed he would personally deliver the refund check along with a water tank that we purchased online and had shipped to the business for use in the production of the smokerI will be happy to agree that this complaint is resolved as soon as Mr.*** delivers on his promise.

Oh where do I start?! Last November I ordered a smoker through [redacted] @Mack daddy smokers. He told me I will receive my smoker before a big event I had on December 9. I hadn’t heard from [redacted] until a week before my event I decided to give them a call and he told me it should be done any day. I...

called two days before and he told me there’s no way he would have it done in time with no apology whatsoever. This really left me hanging because I was promised I would have it in time so I had to go buy one locally that was more expensive and not the right size for what I needed. I explained all of this to [redacted] and again no apology was given at all he just said I will refund your money. I said when will I receive my refund and he said it will be mailed out on December 15. When I didn’t receive my check by December 30 I decided to try calling [redacted] again with no response by phone call email or text. The second week in January I finally emailed [redacted] and said that I would leave him a negative review and he called me back that same our stating that he was out of the country and won’t be back in the country until February 3. Also during this conversation he was cussing me out forever even suggesting I would leave a bad review! It is now March 18 and all of my phone calls emails text messages have been completely ignored by [redacted]. I have not received my promised refund and it’s been four months. I would appreciate any help at all on getting me my refund. Thank you very much
