been the first incident we have been notified about. One of my first priorities is
to see customer satisfaction. In all my years of work I would never falsely
advertise my products. I did not falsely advertise the 14 karat gold to be sold as
an 18 karat. Since the customer did not notify me of any mistakes I could not
help remedy her situation. However since I have been notified, I will gladly be
able to see the customer comeback with the product and receipt to resolve the
issue. If everything is verified I can refund the customer in full amount. Since I
bought the product from the manufacturer who guaranteed it was 18 karat, after
the refund I can return it back to them. Please notify the customer that I am
waiting for a response and welcome a return. Thank you for your help and
assistance.

Review: BUYERS BEWARE: Ngoc Quang Diamonds, Inc. sold me a 14k necklace but advertised and even wrote on receipt that the necklace is 18k. An older lady was helping me and assured me that the necklace is 18k and not 14k. I recently had it appraised not expecting the same amount of what I purchased it for but was dreadfully surprised that the necklace is in fact 14k and not 18k. I purchased the necklace with cash as they had informed me that it will be more expensive if I use my credit card. I knew I was not getting a great deal on the necklace but did not expect them to falsely advertise the necklace as 18k. On the receipt it is written that they do not do refunds. They should not be in business scamming people that their jewelry is authentically the correct karat when it is not. I advise buyers to steer away from this shop and bring your own gold acid tester to assure the correct karat as they will try to scam you any way they can. I would not be surprise that this company has swindled other customers as well.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for falsely advertising the necklace as 18k when it is in fact 14k. The necklace is in excellent condition. I am just not happy about being swindled by this company.
