factory trained and authorized technicianIt further States that we stronglysuggest that Ms* *** should procure the services of a Xerox service technician to be on standby,before the machine is delivered.On page of the eBay ad, (I have circled paragraph) it stated that there was a day warranty or2,copies of usage, provided the copier was set up and installed by a factory trained technicianupon delivery.If you take a look at the emails submitted I have continually tried to help Ms* ***, in spite of thefact that this copier was not set up by a factoty trained authorized Technician as stated in the eBay ad.The best we could do was to consult our own Xerox technicians as to their opinion to the cause of herproblem, however if we are not physically there to inspect the situation we can only guess what thecause of the failure might be with no guaranteesTherefore it is imperative to have an authorizedtechnician to diagnose and confirm the corrective course of action.If you look at page Number of the emails dated March 9th Ms* *** wrote (THANKS FOR YOURCONTINUED HELP ON THIS ISSUE).ISince Feb 23, have answered emails from Ms *** and have continued to try and help her.To this date Ms* *** has never as far as we know had an authorized Xerox technician to diagnosethe problem and if she had then we need a copy of the technician's report, therefore how can weresolve the problem.At this point I am not sure what else I can do for herMs* *** needs to hire a Factory TrainedAuthorized Technician.If you need anything further, please do hesitate to contact me,Thank you,John V.NGW CopiersChandler Ct.Ste CWesterville, OH 43082***
