My wife and I signed a standard, year-long property rental lease with June Palms Property Management (hereafter referred to as 'JPPM') on May 21, Since then there has been issue after issueThe most notable of which has been lack of communicationThere is not a really good way to describe the issues, so I'll just bullet point them:
-Upon moving in, we mentioned to JPPM that the garage door opener only functioned 50% of the timeOn at least two occasions, JPPM claimed that they were waiting for homeowner approval to replace the openerWe were here more than a month before this issue was resolved
-Upon moving in, we discovered the water heater was not workingIn this case their response was prompt, but after replacing the water heater, they proceeded to leave all the packaging and trash from the new water heater scattered around our garage
-We notified JPPM that our dishwasher was malfunctioningAgain, after a lengthy wait time and no communication they finally arrived

Management was very slow to solve problems with the house we rented from themIn most cases it was close to or more than a month
