In response to the reply from Niagara custom concrete, I understand that the lines in the concrete are not for decorative purpose. The issue is that the concrete did infact crack across the pad, not in the lines as Mr James H*** is suggesting. Also, MrH*** is aware of the location of the damage (crack) because he said there wasn't anything to be concerned with. (even tho it had cracked across the pad). His concrete work didn't last one year before cracking. Infact it didn't last months. Be aware this is a side walk , not a drivewayso it should have no issues. I want the cracked part removed and replaced or a partial refund so I can get another company to do the work
