This item was on clearance and we only had one leftWe do state in our terms and conditions that clearance items are limited to quantities on hand and we can get more sometimes but if we have to order it will be at full priceWe are allowed to cancel orders that there has been a price / inventory mistake onThe system did not remove the sale price after the one that we had was sold and we are looking into why that happened as it should have only offered the one for sale that we had in stockThe customer has been refunded in full

It does not say for tires .5"-1.95"Try putting a wide tire on a inch rim as they say is possible and see how that works out for youWhat a joke.They are exploiting their lack of product description on their website to deny they owe me shipping costsBy the way I paid for shipping with the original order and wasnt even refunded that! One of the items on this order had a lead time of 2-business daysThe 4th is not a business day, so an order placed on 7/would ship on Thursday 7/Unfortunately due to the busy holiday weekend our inbound transfer was delayed several times by FedEx freight, we were told the shipment was
coming on Wednesday, then Thursday, then it was on the truck on Friday however their truck broke downThis unfortunately is not an issue we can controlOur delivery did finally come in Saturday and this order did ship todayWe did keep in touch with the customer unfortunately he was not accepting of our responses and felt he was being lied toWe offered to cancel the order for him but he elected to keep the orderThis is shipping Priority mail which is not a day guaranteed service however to the customers zip it may arrive tomorrowThe USPS was significantly delayed as well however it looks like they are back on schedule this week

I I would like the product but my only option given by the company is a refund

We again apologize for the misunderstanding with tire and rim sizes and that the customer received a narrower wheel than he was expecting. We go by the manufacturer website with regard to the nomenclature in the description. The manufacturer website indicates this wheel to be a 1.75 / 1.95     http://www.weinmanntek.com/Products/CTB/519.htm  So it is not true that 1.75 is the upper end of what it fits. Rim width is a bit subjective as every manufacturer may have a different actual rim width that fits a certain tire. The customer purchased a rim that is for a 1.75 tire and received a rim that is for a 1.75 tire. It may be narrower than what he was expecting but it isn't incorrect nor is it false advertising.The actual rim widths of the 1.75 wheels that we sell on the site vary by less than 1/4" so there is not a huge difference in rim widths.  We would be happy to offer a one time in store credit for half of the shipping costs.

We greatly apologize for the issue. We did have one of these in stock on clearance however it sold earlier in the day in our retail store. Our website inventory is updated daily so it was not caught. The inventory...

and price that is listed now on the site is transfer inventory - the item is available from our distributor but we have to pay full price on it. We do have a statement in our terms and conditions that explains how we handle pricing for clearance items and that we will honor pricing if it isn't that far off however this item was priced far below our cost for clearance.

We apologize that UPS misrouted the package. They were able to locate the package and deliver it.

The manufacturer must have left the bolts out of the seat clamp. We sent a replacement seat clamp and it was delivered on 5/23. Our return policy for unicycles is listed clearly on our website and on the pack slip. Unicycles and bicycles are non returnable. Also our return policy is for unopened,...

uninstalled, unused merchandise only - this is listed on the website and pack slip as well. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer in new condition. When the item is disassembled again it always has marks, etc where the item was put together and can no longer be sold in as new condition.We have been working with the customer on the issue that he feels the cycle is too large. There is a ton of information available on what size unicycle to purchase for different size inseams. The customer is right on the edge of sizes and we advised him on a couple of things that could make this work for him. Riding a unicycle is risky no matter what size you get and the customer wants us to assume risk if he gets injured because he feels the cycle is too large. Only the customer can decide what is safe for him. If he feels the unicycle is too large he can sell it on ebay, etc however we cannot take this back per our policy. The customer received the size that he ordered and we did not previously make a recommendation to him on what size to get.Again the customer received the missing bolts so he has a complete unicycle. The fact that unicycles are non returnable and only new, uninstalled items are returnable was clearly listed on our website and on the pack slip that was included with the unicycle.
