Hi, my name is [redacted] , the wife of [redacted] you spoke to earlier today This complaint is without any warrant [redacted] spoke to [redacted] a week or so ago and gave her all the information regarding her dog's stay He did mention that if they were to drop off their dog on a Sunday, there would be a $chargeI know he said it because I was right there and I was mad at him for making that appointment because I wanted to go and see my Grandson that dayWhen we make Sunday drop-offs we make ourselves available within an hourso that we can maybe do something later They arrived three hours late When they arrived all went well and we discussed grooming, the day of pick up [redacted] had told her the grooming would be between $and $on the phone and when she was on the grounds she kept repeating back to me $and I corrected her to say, "I don't know how long it is going to take." I went to get the dog out of the run and it growled and snapped I sat on the floor for a good minutes to get near him, and then put him on the table The dog was matted between the legs and around the collar and where the grooming should have been $45, I only charged them $ When they came to pick him up, [redacted] said she didn't know about the $charge and [redacted] repeated himself again with the sign no further than feet away from herPlease know, my husband and I are in our later 60's and we keep the boarding prices down for people We only charged them $a day where ANY other kennel would charge in the mid twenties and some more We go above and beyond any other kennel does for their customers I am attaching the picture of the sign, a close up and a picture of where it is when you walk in the door I am also attaching a part of our website that states we are closed on Sundays Even in our grooming, if we want to raise the price on people we tell them before they are charged the new price so they have a choice whether or not to come back The second picture of the sign is the view from when you walk in Thank you [redacted] ID # [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The board charges pic attached must have been recently put up was it was never there when I went there to have my dog boardedThey never pointed it out to me when I was there nor mentioned it to me in any of my emails that we sent to them Please note that it is hand written and could be posted and now edited after I opened this complaint. Either I want them to give me a full refund on the $additional charge for Sunday which they never notified me OR as good I am with my heart and not to steal any money from anyone, I am willing to pay for the per day boarding charge $since I dropped by dog on Sunday afternoonI am willing to pay the boarding charge for that Sunday for the amount of $16.00- let them refund me my $14.00]I appreciate Revdex.com looking into this matter and hope justice is done. When we make Sunday drop-offs we make ourselves available within an hour. so that we can maybe do something later.  They arrived three hours late.  When they arrived all went well and we discussed grooming, the day of pick up.  [redacted] had told her the grooming would be between $35 and $45 on the phone and when she was on the grounds she kept repeating back to me $35 and I corrected her to say, "I don't know how long it is going to take." I went to get the dog out of the run and it growled and snapped.  I sat on the floor for a good 20 minutes to get near him, and then put him on the table.  The dog was matted between the legs and around the collar and where the grooming should have been $45, I only charged them $38.   When they came to pick him up, [redacted] said she didn't know about the $30 charge and [redacted] repeated himself again with the sign no further than 6 feet away from her.
