In response to the complaint please see information bel10/21/Ms [redacted] had a move scheduled in Atlantic BeachOriginaly Ms [redacted] was given a quote of a man and man minimum price for the move which was stated on the signed contract and explained in detailPlease see attachment aboveMs [redacted] had men come to help her on this dayAll customers are called the day prior to confirm job appointmentsI had informed her during the confirmation call that she would be the second job of day, and the men would call her on their way to site locationOnly first appointments are given a specific morning time frame due to not knowing specifically when the moving job could endWe always give a window of time to expect the movers for second or third jobsThe minimum charge for men is hours for a total of $at $per hourThe hourly rate of $for two men takes place after the initial hoursThe same process applies for the man minimum, with a minimum of hours for men being $260, and the hourly rate of $applying after the initial hour and a half expiresHer job was a total of hours with men and no travel charge for being a local move which means the minimum charge was equal to $260, which is what was quoted during the phone estimateWith 3.5% credit charge the total bill came out to $269.50.Please let me know if you have further questionsThank you, First Coast Movers
