Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Thank you for asisting with this matter The company representative, [redacted] , was anything but professional as was claimed When I asked for a certified copy of whatever it was that they sent me, I was told that I was not special and that I would not be receiving anything in the mail Ms [redacted] gave me the address for their business and I sent a letter, as confirmed by the [redacted] on March 19, with the tracking number being [redacted] As of April 4, at 9:32am, the letter is still unclaimed Niagara Portfolio Solutions, again, is incorrect on how they have handled this situation The various phone numbers that they used in attempt to contact me were not even my numbers, but rather family and friends In their reply, they stated, "...we have tried to contact [redacted] and any numbers that came attached to his account." Clearly the numbers they contacted would never have been attached to my account Their methods of collection are improper, if not illegal.The fact that Niagara Portfolio Solutions threatened me with immediate legal action and now has supposedly closed my account brings into question what they were attempting to do It would appear that the company was using threats against me without proper notifying me of the alleged cause of action I requested proof of teh claim and was denied that proof Niagara Portfolio Solutions is obviously not an organization that prides itself on quality customer service.I demand to be given written proof that this account is indeed closed and that no further action is pending Regards, [redacted]
