Hello ,customer wasn't comfortable when we did first time her hair color ,and we offer her to do slightly lighter! and it came up nice and beautiful ! she left happy smiling ! and next day she call us and told us that she is not happy with it we offer her come back and show the problem but she was uncomfortable to come to salon !In our salon we all professional and our priority is make customer happy ! she ask a refund of money she spend! we did understand her situation and contacted customer on April [redacted] and we solve all misunderstanding issues and refund amount OF 270.00$ wich customer requested ! we have copy of refunded invoice and we don't have any issues with customer, and we didn't YELLED to customer .Our company been in business since and we never had any problems we are professionals and we try make each customer happy as much is possible !
