Bradley's teaching style exemplified this mentality. Rather than prioritizing the understanding and growth of his students, he seemed more focused on rushing through the material to check off boxes. His impatience with questions and tendency to prioritize personal anecdotes over substantive content reinforced this perception.
Moreover, the disorganized presentation of course materials only served to underscore this impression. It felt as though NICCM had invested minimal effort into ensuring a conducive learning environment, instead opting for a slapdash approach that left students struggling to keep up.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects to the NICCM CDA course, such as the presence of non-rude staff members, the overarching impression I received was one of a profit-driven organization that prioritized financial gain over the educational experience of its participants. For educators seeking a meaningful and well-structured training program, I would hesitate to recommend NICCM based on my experience.
Again thank you very much for the patience, support, guidance, and respect that you offered me through my difficult journey and looking forward to attend more classes for myself and my future team in my career

The information is not clear, they expect you to pay tutoring so you can get the praxis checklist that should just be provide it at enrolling, does are 150 more, they also charge for a class but there is no mention that you need to accredited the course thru an university and for that is 60 more, oh and do not be late 15 to 20 minutes because you need to redo the class online and that would be more money.
There is not room for discomfort or improvement from their part.
They teaches appropriate business practices but does not apply to them you are responsible for everything and they expect you to know that you should look for answers on their website.
They think that you own them, but it is not that way you are paying for education and everything should be explicit and all kinds of diverse students should be included.
This was a terrible students should be able to talk to the professor and the staff, instead the option is to reschedule you or simple refund you after you did all the work.
They value the people that keep their mouth shout and gave them the certificate but God forbid you to tell them that they can do better and that they can fix things ahead, Amber or Bradly won’t take it.
they said the box was open and could not be returned. Do not do business with this company!
I wasn't sure which course to take, CDA Fast Track or the NAC. When I called NICCM, my questions were answered right away. The person on the phone was well informed of my state's rules and helping me decide which course was best for me. I really enjoyed the class.
My director signed me up for this conference. I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there. The staff was helpful and showed me exactly what I needed to do. At the end of the three days, I had my portfolio written, I understood how to contact my PDS and how to take the CDA test. The staff was friendly and helpful and they even provided yummy snacks. I had trouble with my computer and they knew exactly how to fix it. I tried looking into getting my CDA through other programs but it was confusing. I am glad my director sent me to this conference.
I attended a conference to get my director's credential. Before the conference I had so many questions, Florida laws are super confusing. Bradley and his staff were able to help me through the process. I enjoyed hearing Bradley's stories, he understands what it is like to not only be a director but what it can be like in the classroom as well. I am grateful that I added on tutoring, definitely worth EVERY PENNY! I was able to get the individual help that I needed in order to succeed. I will be sending all my staff to get their CDA through NIICM.
Bradly and Amber Smith are terrible, very rude and care only to market, sell dated books and products like gloves, sunscreen, dated business Dvds They do not even deserve one star. I would give 0 if there is an option. Save your time and money and go to reputable schools, not to a salesman like Bradley, claiming to teach you how to get CDA and Director Credentials in 3 days?. All he cares about is charging you for ridiculous course, go to hotels to learn nothing, charge for extension, rush fees to get your certificate fast. I will not take any of his courses if he pays me. And if you ask for refund or complain to Revdex.com, forget it. They will ignore your request, yell over the phone, and block your email.
I recently purchased materials from NICCM to complete a childcare directors certification. After finding out that I no longer needed the certification, I returned the materials unused and politely asked for any type of refund. I was denied any such refund and was told that there was nothing they could do about the situation. Regardless of the issue, I do not believe it is ethical for any company to be able to take a customers money and not give them anything in return.
