There are two things stopping me from continuing to do this job. The most important one is at when the service was initiated I was told that the panel of a fence would be removed by costumer , we came back two times early in morning and...

drove through alley. The fences were not down , it was a very busy time of year. We came in and worked and as we took off limbs off the garage we noticed the structure was possibly unsafe to work on as we noticed a cross member or beam was damaged. As my climber looked at this information I told him to abort working on roof.
Our budget working on the tree has to go up to 1100 to complete job.
It's a very tricky job as the tree is still attached and pressure is also inverted from laying on corner edge of garage.
I will give it a new scheduled date and get it done just at the time I was scared of possible new damaged of structure ::

The requested fence was removed on OCT 21 after I received a text message from the business stating that the job would be done on thur 22 OCT. Once again, the business failed to show up and follow through on a promised date of completion,and the business never came by to do the requested work. The same fence panel wasn't reattached until the week of 23 NOV.
I have a telephone that works and I work from my house so I am home everyday until after 5pm. It has been 87 days since they cashed my check, If at anytime the business wanted to contact me and discuss the job then they had more than enough time to do so but they have not attempted to contact me other than the times mentioned previously. And as stated already...failed to follow through on any date of completion.
I do not want Nice guys Landscaping to do anymore more work for me. The owner has already taken $700 from me and they will not get another $400 for a job that they won't do.
