I was in a frantic state of mind when I realized I had a pest problem in my homeI contacted Nice Guys Pest Control on the evening of August 17, I spoke with James [redacted] about the issueHe was extremely helpful by informing me about the issue itself, what Nice Guys need to do to treat my home, and what I need to do “pre” and “post” treatmentHe also provided me with a print out of what I needed to doThat was extremely helpful as well They were going to come out as quickly as the next morning and treat my home; unfortunately I couldn’t be there at that time so we made an appointment for the following morning at 7:00amThey arrived promptly and talked with me about the issue againThey inspected the house and began treating The gentleman that treated my home was very professional and informativeAlthough I have a day follow up treatment, I have not seen any more pestsI was impressed with Nice Guys from the time I made the initial call Thank you
